This is the second time I’ve been nominated for the Blogger Appreciation Award, and I’m so, so honored!
Sue, of My Loud Bipolar Whispers, nominated me. She is one of the few mental health bloggers I’ve encountered who, like me, has had ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) and has blogged about it. It feels good to know I’m not alone.

I am not the person my mother groomed me to be. I am enough. I am good enough. I am worthy. I am a valued person. I am proud of all my efforts. I am loved.
