In my last post I said that I was tracking my moods. I still am. And my mood is still Meh. The entire past month I’ve been Meh. I was doing Good before, but now I’m not. My psychiatrist attributes much of this to the whole COVID-19 thing. Hopefully things will improve.
My shoulder/upper arm pain hasn’t gone away. So…acupuncture. That’s what I’m going to be having this month. That shoulder I’ve been going on about? My primary care physician was like, “Let’s see, you had an MRI and don’t need surgery; you’ve had a steroid shot; you’ve been through physical therapy–twice; would you want to try acupuncture?” Yes, sign me up, please! I just want the pain to go away. For good, if possible, though that probably won’t happen. I’ve had acupuncture before, for my back I think. It helped. And at least I’ll know what to expect.
Have you had acupuncture? Did it help?
I’ve not had acupuncture. I have had a frozen shoulder though and that is most unpleasant and debilitating. Maybe your shoulder is contributing to the meh’ness too? I do hope the acupuncture is effective for you xxxxx
Thank you, and now that you mention it, the pain could definitely be a part of being meh.
Hmm, it certainly would for me 😔
Once I knew what it was and I had got over the most painful part of the process things improved for me.
Best wishes and lots of love 💛💙💜💕
Thanks so much, Tracy 😊❤️
Acupuncture has been really helpful to me in numerous occasions: reduce inflammation after surgery, help with pain management, and to improve my mood. I hope it helps you too.
So do I, thanks!
I had acupuncture for whiplash. The first time was amazing & I slept so well afterwards, subsequent sessions didn’t have the same impact. I hope it helps you. Meh is far from ideal.
Thank you!
